Check-In & Check Out instructions

We are happy to answer any quesitons you may have.  Our property manager is there for emergencies or things we cannot do from afar. The condo should be stocked with a few trash bags, a few laundry pods, toilet paper, kleenex and travel soap/shampoo, fresh towels and sheets and basic kitchen supplies. 

Our condo has keyless access. Your personal code and the exact address will be sent 2-3 days before your arrival - so please check your email/messages/rental app.

Check-In any time after 4 pm

For security and privacy of all our guests, the property address, smart lock code, etc…will be sent 2-3 days before your arrival and will be activated for your 4P arrival time

Check-Out is at 10 am

Please depart by 10 am so we can prepare the condo for the next guests. The door code will de-activate shortly after your departure. Check out is easy:

• Please check closets (and the dryer!)  so you do not leave any belongings behind.

• Simply put the garage opener  on the kitchen counter and lock the front door to avoid replacement fees.

• Load all dishes in the dishwasher and run on normal cycle

• Leave any beds that have been slept in, unmade

• Leave used towels in the bathtub or shower floor

• Turn off all lights, close and lock all windows and the sliding balcony door 

• Put the garage opener and the parking pass on the kitchen counter 

• Turn the heat down to 58 degrees

There is no guarantee we can accommodate if we have other rental guests surrounding your stay. There is no lobby or are for luggage storage.  Please contact us with questions for your particular situation.
