How do I access the condo once I arrive?

• The condo is equipped with keyless entry and a code will be activated shortly prior to your arrival and deactivated at your departure time.

• Check in is 4PM or later; Check out is 10am or earlier

What about Wifi for working, emails and gaming, and will I miss my favorite TV shows?

• While many prefer the great outdoors when in Telluride - no worries on the tech side of things. Yes, at times, the mountain storms can slow things down. But in general our wifi is very fast and we have a booster to get great service throughout the condo. We also have 2 smart TVs with Spectrum Cable - also with apps like HBO Go and Netflix - (you need to sign in to your service on these apps to continue watching your binge show however!)

Are there general supplies provided? Linens? Can I cook?

• Yes! There is a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap bars. In addition, there are detergent pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper. There are also cleaning supplies. There is also a set of pans, crockpot, toaster, coffee maker etc. Basically, you should not need a whole lot!

What about parking?

• We have one designated, covered parking spot in the garage. It is a tight spot so sprinter vans and XXL SUV’s may not fit. In addition, with advance notice (not available during Festivals) we can provide a parking pass for permit parking in certain areas near the condo. It is first come, first serve and parking can be limited - so no guarantees. Any tickets are the responsibility of the car owner. There is also paid covered parking and long term parking in town.

What are your check in and out times - what if my flight does not line up with those times?

• Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. If you have different times you need - we will need advance notice. If we can accomadate you we will. Many times we have guests leaving or coming and we need to make sure the condo is ready for everyone. For drastic time differences - there may be a fee. There is not a lobby to leave your suitcases - but if it is just an hour or so - you may tuck them in the parking spot.

Can I bring my dog?

• Unfortunately we have a no pet policy - but there are plenty of places that do accept pets in town.

What about smoking?

• We have a a very strict no smoking policy inside or outside of the condo. The exterior is vintage barn wood - no sparks please! You may go to the park or another designated area for this. Thanks!

Grocery stores? Concierge services?

• There is a grocery about a block and a half form the condo and another larger one about 6 blocks away with everything you need. Also - for a fee with advance notice - shopping can be done for you and stocked in the condo. Same with the local wine/beer/liquor store - which is also about a block and a half away.

Do I need a car? How far is the ski resort, shopping etc?

• Nope! Telluride town is very walkable, with hiking, shops, stores, restaurants within a block or so. Also - the Free gondola (about 2 blocks away) can whisk you to Mountain village to shop, eat or ski. There is also a loop bus service that goes throughout town.

How do I get to Telluride?

• Telluride is an easy flight into Montrose Colorado. There is also a small airport in Telluride that connects from Denver with small planes or for private charters. From Montrose, you can rent a car, book a private ride or a shuttle. It is about 1.5 hours away and super easy. You may also drive - just make sure you know the winter rules for chains and snow tires.
