Our Rules 

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it. 

• Have a great time!

• No Parties

• No Sub-leasing of condo

• No Pets 

• Strict no smoking or vaping indoors or on outdoors on balconies. 

• Be considerate of the full time residents in the building and in surrounding areas.

• Please clean up excessive messes, we’ll take care of the rest

• Maximum 6 guests - more than 6 will result in mandatory non-refundable departure.

• Please remove shoes and hiking boots on carpeted areas upon entering – there is a bench, shoe tray, shelving and hooks as well as a large hall closet to accommodate you.

• Minimum rental age 25

• Please secure trash and lock the metal bear proof container in the parking garage to avoid fines if Bears access the trash cans.

• Please note, smoking inside or out and pets are absolutely not allowed and will not be tolerated and will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit and possible termination of rental contract.

• No Bikes, sleds, in the condo. You may put your ski boots on the rubber mats under the bench and carefully hang your skis on the hall hooks being mindful of the wall and paint to avoid any damage fees. Most people prefer to rent ski lockers on top of the mountain. We are happy to proivde recommendations
