Welcome to the mountains. The condo is equipped with radiant in floor heat and should be cozy for your arrival. However, you may adjust to your comfort level. This type of heating system takes a few hours to change temperature, and our new boiler does a great job....so please do not under or over adjust or you may have to wait.  There is a wall thermostat for both the upstairs and downstairs to adjust to your needs by floor.

The radiant heat system and hot water system should be ample hot water to all shower simultaneously at the end of a hike or ski day.

There is no air conditioning - typical at our elevation. All windows can open (Just make sure to close so rain/snow does not come in when you are not there).   On a sunny day - the skylights upstairs can provide great light and warmth.  

There are humidifiers and fans in each closet for your comfort.
